Musket Goose is a product company, not a dev shop. We design, ship, and operate our own apps in production with one team from day one. Outside builds happen occasionally, and only when the project and partnership are a genuine fit.
The formation principle
Each bird drafts the one ahead, so the flock travels further than any of them could alone. That is the whole idea behind Musket Goose.
Every product we build drafts the same slipstream — one operations platform for monitoring, governance, tooling, and the boring infrastructure nobody wants to rebuild twice. One product's groundwork becomes the next product's head start. That compounding is the unfair advantage.

A single operator platform runs every product: health, traffic, deploys, governance, and day-to-day work.
We operate what we build. There is no launch-day handoff and no deck at the end — the team that ships it keeps it running.
Each launch makes the next one cheaper. Shared foundations mean new products start further down the runway.

How we work
We design and build the products we own, from first sketch to production. Outside work is occasional, never the default.

We launch, learn from real usage, and reinvest in the products that earn their place in the portfolio.
Client work
Most of our energy stays on apps we own. For a small number of outside teams, we also engineer and operate production software long term. These products belong to those clients. Musket Goose does not hold equity; we build, ship, and keep them running.
