Client work
Your product. Our standard.
We build the whole system, not a demo of it. You own it outright. We keep it running.
in production
More on each buildHow we work
We learn your world before we build for it.
Scope
A call about your business and how it runs today. Then a written scope you approve before we build anything.
Build
The people who scoped it build it. You talk to them directly, and you can see where it is at any time.
Operate
We stay on the system after launch. Monitoring, updates, and the work that keeps it running years in.

Tell us what you need built.
What it has to do, and when. Five questions turn it into a written brief, answered by the person who would build it.
Start a buildWhy the name
Geese don't fly in formation for the view.
Each bird drafts the one ahead, so the flock travels further than any of them could alone. The bird in front has nothing to shelter behind, so it takes the full headwind, and it drops back when it has had enough. Nothing about the arrangement is decorative.
It means your project is not the one we learn on. The groundwork is already built and already running, so we start on the part that is actually yours.
fig. 01 · each bird rides the upwash of the one ahead.
Built to be operated
Monitoring, permissions and audit trails go in from the first commit, not bolted on the week something goes wrong.
No handover
The people who scope it build it, and the people who build it run it. Nobody is briefed in halfway.
No single point of failure
More than one of us knows your system. You are never waiting on the only person who understands it.
Nonprofit
First nonprofit build, still open
We want to build for people doing good work.
If you run a nonprofit and you know what needs building, tell us. We will scope it properly and build it to the same standard as everything else we ship.
